Southern

Group Chairman

With 24 years experience in the industry, Andrew oversees all Southern Grove and Future Generation real estate and construction activities. He specialises in large, regeneration and mixed-use schemes where he has overseen the planning and construction of a residential, student and hospitality portfolio in excess of £1Bn.

Tom Slingsby

Group CEO

Tom leads the team from our global head office in London and focuses on working with landowners and local authorities, structuring deals to maximise returns for all stakeholders, which is the backbone of our business. Tom has previously worked at Bellway Homes and Hadley Property Group where his main focus was land acquisition. Tom has a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

England’s Strongest Man

We first met Phil in 2016, and were instantly impressed by his ambition and ‘you get out what you put in’ mentality. A former Constable, he opened the Titanium Strength Gym in Sheffield to focus on training for strongest man competitions. Now, as England’s Strongest Man 2017, he’s looking to step up – onto the international stage.

A new workout concept

We are currently helping to develop a new gym in London. Its concept is based on creating a space that reflects one of our sponsorship partners, Phil "Titanium" Roberts. The design will feature an innovative blend of boxing and strongman elements; a destination gym for competitive athletes and people who simply appreciate the value of an excellent workout.

Supporting grassroots sport

When Sheffield Steelers got in touch about a potential partnership, we were really excited at the prospect of encouraging a new generation of footballers – and fostering the kind of camaraderie and teamwork we aspire to at Southern Grove & Future Generation. So far, we have provided a range of kit and equipment, and we look forward to seeing the team excel this season.

Southern Grove hold their annual clay pigeon day at the prestigious Holland & Holland Shooting Ground. This event is a chance for Southern Grove to show their appreciation to all of our clients, consultants and agents that work tirelessly throughout the year to support our business. It’s a fantastic chance for our clients to expand their network whilst enjoying themselves.

Charity Golf Day

In support of Myeloma Cancer Research

Southern Grove hold their annual charity golf day in aid of Myeloma, a charity close to our heart and specifically in the memory of Eddie Kohn who was a close personal friend and business partner of Andrew Southern and Tom Slingsby raising over £75,000 to-date.
