We were hugely excited to design a new 69-apartment scheme in Bermondsey. We were most proud of its role as a catalyst for a wider regeneration of Old Kent Road. We appointed Rolfe Judd as architect and are now working with Southwark Council’s master planners, Allies & Morrison, to set a benchmark for a the capital’s new redevelopment hotspot.
