We were heavily involved in a tender to deliver Barnet Council’s Brent Cross South redevelopment project, one of the capital’s largest schemes. In a highly competitive process, we were named reserve bidder with partners Far East Consortium International Limited, Countryside Properties and Notting Hill Housing – ahead of heavyweight names, including a Barratts and London & Quadrant Housing Trust partnership.
