Sky View is the result of our close relationship with DTZ Investment Management. They appointed us to secure planning for a change of use from office to residential – creating a design that worked for the council and people of Southend-on-Sea. Together with GL Hearn and Divine Ideas, we won consent for 71 units with an over-clad façade.
