We are partnering with LocatED, a government-funded company, to create a 180-pupil School in Dorking. Designed explicitly for children with special needs, the plan extends beyond classrooms and main, dining and sports halls – to include a youth football pitch, multi-use games area and therapy rooms. Bought in November 2018, we expect to win planning by 2020.
