The Vogue will consist of 330 bedrooms, 35% of which will be offered at affordable rent levels. The £80m project also guarantees the future of Stour Space, a community arts and cultural hub, whose future was uncertain after its lease came to an end this year.

Stour Space will continue to offer free co-workspaces, affordable studio spaces and a local gallery.
