We were heavily involved in a tender to deliver Barnet Council’s Brent Cross South redevelopment project, one of the capitals largest schemes. With Andrew Southern as Managing Director, Southern Grove were named reserve bidder with our partners Far East Consortium International Limited, Countryside Properties and Notting Hill Housing – ahead of heavyweight names, including Barratts and London & Quadrant Housing Trust partnership.
