We worked closely in a joint venture with the landowner to design this 9,500 sq ft house in Radlett. The building’s discreet, unassuming entrance leads to award-winning architects Lewandowski Willcox’s angular, art deco-esque vision, reminiscent of coastal American architecture – yet completely private from neighbours. Our strong relationship with the local authority meant we secured planning in just six months.
