We worked closely in a joint venture to revitalise this old brownfield area and release some much-needed funds for the landowner. Overlooking North Weald Gold Course, the site was initially earmarked for a small development of new homes. After winning consent for 20 private residences, we continue to partner with the landowner on North Weald Park: an entirely new village.
