Initially, we planned a modest housing and retail scheme for The King’s Arms. However, through discussions with Ealing Council, our ambition grew into a more prestigious, fully-residential solution. Divine Ideas’ design maximised the land for the soon-to-arrive Elizabeth Line and we took local residents’ opinions to heart. In little over a year, we moved from acquisition to agreement.
