We partnered with DTZ Investment Management to create these nine luxury apartments in Chiswick. Because they sit above retail premises, we had to secure a change of use. However, the ‘inside out’ redevelopment ensured each apartment enjoys a wealth of light – while retaining the beautiful façade. The development broke local sales records, and their interiors set new standards for fitout.
