Originally said to be the “world’s most sustainable residential tower”, Boxmoor Forest was sold to the developer out of receivership for around £8.5m.
Taking this development out of receivership – Southern Grove will now partner with a housing association to bring forward 170 affordable homes in the heart of Hemel Hempstead. This development landmarks a series of projects that will bring forward fully affordable homes where people need them most.
