Brent Cross bid gathers pace

Making headlines on London’s biggest regeneration scheme. Gateway Barnet – a consortium between Southern Grove, Countryside Properties, Notting Hill Housing and Far East Consortium International – has been named as the reserve bidder for the Brent Cross South regeneration project.

The scheme already has outline planning permission as part of the wider Brent Cross Cricklewood development. It encompasses 7,500 homes and space for over 20,000 jobs, all supported by a new Thameslink station. And that’s on top of 3,000 new jobs focused on redeveloping the nearby shopping centre.
